Reserving Space at Fair Winds Brewing Company
- A) Reservation Options
The following prices are a reservation fee that you will pay in order to hold the reservation and space requested. The space will be reserved for a 2-hour time period. Should you need to extend the time of your event, please discuss with our Tap Room Manager. Your reservation fee will be refunded after the event has taken place.

B) Tab Minimums
Every party will have a minimum tab based upon the total head count; this does include children as this pays for the space. Please note that the fees are a MINIMUM and a 20% gratuity will be added at the end of your event.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring our own food or non-alcoholic beverages?
Absolutely! We offer optional folding table(s) to hold your food. If you need some suggestions, please ask and we can send our favorite partners your way!
Can we bring wine and/or other alcoholic beverages?
Unfortunately, our ABC license prohibits the consumption of any outside alcohol, including wine and/or spirits. *** Please note that this does include gifts. ALL alcoholic gifts will not be permitted in the taproom, even if unopened. ALL coolers brought onto the premise will be subjected to a search. ***
Do children count in our head count?
Yes. When making a reservation we are reserving the space for your entire party, therefor you will have to include children in your headcount. ALL minors need to be supervised at all times.
Can we bring decorations/mementos/table toppers?
Feel free to decorate your reserved space any way you wish; we kindly ask you respect our other patrons by not allowing accessories to spread outside of your reserved area, and that at the end of the event you clean up. Also please note there is no glitter or confetti allowed inside the brewery.
Can my party split tabs?
We do not split tabs for parties, in order to track the tab for your party we require ONE tab that is held by credit card. If you wish to do beer tickets to track each guest or to have guests buy them from you, we can accommodate.
What if I reserve space for 20 and 60 guests show up?
Our staff prepares for your event based on the details you have provided to us on the website form. This preparation potentially includes increased staffing. If you have “party crashers” we can only ensure your previously agreed upon space. All other seating is first come first serve. All additional guests over the agreed upon reservation number will be subject to the appropriate minimum tab price.
