Ghost of the Mariner Open House Pairing 

Friday, December 12th at 6PM 

Get ready for an unforgettable evening with the Fair Winds crew featuring our bold seasonal imperial stout, Ghost of the Mariner, along with other Fair Winds Brewing favorites. This casual, open-house style event will highlight expertly crafted dishes from five talented local chefs, each paired with our signature beers to bring out the best in both.

Event Highlights:

• Sample our rich and robust Ghost of the Mariner Imperial Stout along with other award winning brews
• Pairings with a curated selection of small plates from local chefs, designed to complement each beer’s unique flavors
• Enjoy a relaxed, open-house format, perfect for tasting at your own pace
• Take home your own Ghost of the Mariner taster glass

Check in will begin at 5:30PM and the pairing will begin at 6:00PM.

This year’s menu:
-Smoked pastrami reuben slider with swiss cheese and 1,000 island dressing
-Bacon jalapeno mac and cheese
-Cocoa and Chocolate Braised Leg of Wild Boar, Kabocha Squash, Pearl Onions 
-Gougere Puffs with Roasted Date Puree
-Pickled Mirliton and shrimp, croutons
-Smoked Cocoa Chili
-GOTM marinated, local coffee rubbed flank steak with chimichurri on crostini 
-Two bite pork tacos with candied jalapeno & pickled onions
-Campfire Cupcake – graham cracker crust, brulee creme frosting, mocha drizzle 
-Maple-gingerbread peach parfait – layers of crushed gingerbread cookies, peach compote, vanilla pudding, maple creme frosting

Painting & Pints: Winter Mystery

Monday, December 15th at 6PM

Join us for an evening of creativity and fun as you paint your very own Masterpiece. No experience is necessary—our skilled instructor will guide you step-by-step to create a beautiful and vibrant inspired painting to take home.

Tickets Include:

• All painting supplies (canvas, brushes, paints, etc.).
• One Fair Winds beer or hard seltzer to enjoy while you paint.
• Step by step instructions and expertise from a local artist.
